We are a trauma-focused counseling practice specializing in social anxiety, childhood trauma, complex PTSD, attachment wounds, and the long-term impact of adverse childhood experiences. We particularly enjoy working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, adult children of dysfunctional or emotionally immature families, individuals healing from attachment trauma, and clients who feel stuck despite having significant insight into their struggles. We also work with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and burnout. Our approach is relational, compassionate, and trauma-informed. We help clients understand the ways past experiences continue to affect their relationships, self-worth, emotional well-being, and daily lives while supporting them in building healthier patterns and moving toward healing. We work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, relationship difficulties, shame, and emotional dysregulation. In addition to individual therapy, we offer therapeutic groups and run an ongoing group, "The Childhood Trauma Book Club" that provide opportunities for connection, reflection, and growth for clients. We accept most major insurance plans and also offer low-cost self-pay options to help make therapy accessible to those seeking support.
