Houston Healing Collective is a therapy practice specializing in complex trauma, eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and OCD. We believe that lasting recovery often requires therapy that looks beneath the surface symptoms and behaviors to address the root cause of psychological pain. We offer EMDR for trauma, IFS-informed therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and yoga for trauma and eating disorder recovery. We serve adolescents, adults, couples, and families through in-person therapy in Houston and virtual therapy across Texas.
