About
My approach integrates a cognitive behavioral framework, utilizing mindfulness techniques and skills-building strategies. I specialize in working with individuals presenting with spiritual life concerns, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders & body image concerns. I am certified as an eating disorders specialist and consultant (CEDS-C) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) and am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy through the International OCD Foundation's Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). I utilize evidence-based interventions as well as faith-based approaches for those interested in integrating their faith into therapy.
