As a Certified EMDR Therapist with extensive training and experience working with complex trauma and dissociation, I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, the effects of traumatic life experiences, self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts, and a range of emotional and relational challenges. My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing process. My office is located in Sugar Land, Texas, and I also provide virtual therapy throughout the state of Texas. I am not contracted with insurance but can provide reimbursement statements for clients seeking out-of-network benefits. By maintaining a small private practice, I am able to offer individualized care that prioritizes your needs, values, and goals. There is never surprise billing, all communications come directly to me, and therapy is tailored to support meaningful and lasting change.
