I have been a practicing psychologist for over 25 years. I enjoy working with motivated older teens and adults who are struggling with issues related to anxiety and/or depression, adjustment to life stressors or transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting difficulties, and even chronic pain. My clients tend to describe me as down-to-earth, engaging, and personable. I believe in the value of really "digging in" but also in finding humor and light-heartedness in the process of growth.
